SHARJAH, 23rd September, 2022 (WAM) -- The Sharjah Sports Council has resumed its programme to develop team games skills in basketball, volleyball, and hand.

An expanded meeting concerning the programme was held at the council's main headquarters, and 19 coaches from the emirate's clubs were in attendance. The programme was initially launched in August of last year with 210 players participating.

Issa Hilal Al-Hazami, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council, expressed his happiness with the results of the programme and what it achieved in terms of developing skills and sorting out talented people in different age groups in the emirate's clubs.
